Master plan and 1st phase construction for new Miami campus for the highly regarded culinary arts university.

An existing, abandoned hospital complex was purchased by J&W to be the core of their new Miami campus.  With the exception of the hospital patient rooms, which were converted into dormitories, the building had to be completely gutted to structure, and reconfigured internally for its repurposing.

14 commercial training kitchens, 2 training dining rooms, training restaurant (open to the public), administration, student center, exterior courtyards and overall landscape design, dormitory rooms. DP closely coordinated the architecture, engineering, and landscape design.
